Online Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 working days of receipt. We will issue a full refund excluding delivery charges on receipt, if you would prefer to exchange please enclose a note explaining what you require.
Please note before you send back your return, please ensure the following:
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
You must send us an email requesting for a Returns Authorization Code. You must clearly state why you wish to return the item and whether you would like an exchange. Please state your Name, Order Number and Reason for Return.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order please email us at email@example.com
Once you receive your Returns Authorization Code, please write this on the returns form with your order and also on the front of your package. We regret packages without a Returns Code will not be accepted and thus returned.

We will process your return within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Please allow 14 working days for refund to show on your bank statement. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
That in the interests of hygiene, items will not be refunded unless they have remained in their original wrapping items must not be soiled damaged or smell of smoke, we will not under any circumstances accept goods that have been damaged. When trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant which may leave a scent or mark the item.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and labelling. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Store. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
We recommend returns are sent by recorded delivery service. We do not accept liability for any returned goods damaged or lost in the post. Please be sure to obtain a proof of posting for your parcel as you will need this in the event of a delay or lost.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Items returned outside the above time frames are only accepted at our discretion.

Alternatively we can credit your account. Should you prefer credit please mention this when requesting your Return Authorization Code.
If you think you have received the wrong item or part of your order is missing then please call 0044 28 82241088 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct this.
If you require an exchange, simply fill in the exchanges section of the exchanges and returns form and tell us which item you want to exchange, along with the details of the new item you’d like in return. Then send the form and your item back to us as set out in the returns section above.
We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as you when things aren’t up to the high standards you expect. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it. We will offer you a refund or replacement (depending on stock availability).
ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
Please note that all of the above is applicable only to items purchased from our website or via mail order. If you have purchased an item from a Joules store which you wish to return or exchange, please return it to She Ladies Boutique with your receipt. Our in-store returns policy is printed on the receipt and displayed in store.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund. You must inform She Ladies Boutique via e-mail or telephoning 028 82241088 within 3 days clearly stating your order number, product and reasons. For orders that are ‘Awaiting Dispatch’ it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us as indicated in the returns section.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We respect your concerns about privacy and adhere to strict guidelines to protect customer information. Your details are confidential and you will never receive unsolicited mail as a result of ordering from She Ladies Boutique. The only information we collect about you is when you register or order. This information is used to compile a database for mailing our newsletter and any special offers or promotions to our customers. No information will be disclosed or sold to any third parties.
